Automatic nozzle changes in 6-, 12- and 18-nozzle sizes

Following the success of the nozzle change integration on complete automation laser systems, Cy-laser has extended this option to the entire range of laser cutting systems. With the possibility of choosing between the formats with 6, 12 and 18 nozzles, the overall efficiency of the system is thus increased. Materials and thicknesses may vary during the day of production. With the nozzle change, the laser cutting system will automatically select the correct nozzle for each job. Considering that this very fast operation does not require operator intervention, a reduction in downtime will be achieved, as well as rapid changeover, thorough cleaning, a specific nozzle alignment check and check the nozzle height calibration.
