Compact Server Long: automation system for fiber laser cutting machines The Compact Server Long is a loading and unloading automation that enriches the range of Cy-laser fiber optic laser cutting products. The Compact Server Long allows the sheets to be loaded laterally and completely independently: the operation consists of a combination of suction cups, a blast of air and a brush that separate the sheets and an electronic system that verifies that the removal is one and only one slab. The sheet metal is moved with a suction cup system on the bench changer which takes it inside the laser machine: this carries out the programmed processing. At the end of the processing, the sheet comes out of the machine and an automatic comb system lifts the cut sheet metal which is deposited on a dedicated surface; at the end of the processing of all the sheets, the table moves towards the operator side who can unload it. The Compact Server Long has the possibility of moving from the machine bench change, leaving it stand-alone, i.e. free from automation. Contact us!
