Motorized rolling machine

Rolling machines with three cylinders having asymmetrical arrangements driven by motor. The lower cylinder is adjustable by cam lever, the rear cylinder is adjustable by handwheel for making cylindrical or conical bends; both are equipped at the ends with grooves of different lengths and depths to be able to bend bordered objects or iron rod; the upper cylinder, which can be released, is equipped with a longitudinal cut to bend the sheet metal flap to be crimped. The cylinders are mounted on self-lubricating bushings. Control is by foot pedal acting on low-voltage electrical equipment. The minimum diameter that can be obtained, working at maximum thickness , is two to three times the diameter of the upper cylinder. The machines are equipped with accident prevention locking device.
